Returns and Refunds Policy

At Elya Crafts, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in crafting and packaging our products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a transparent and fair return and refund process.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unopened

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used crafting kits

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable or consumable crafting materials

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it. You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, whenever possible

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a wrong item sent or a defective product, Elya Crafts will cover the return shipping cost

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive defective or damaged.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must remain unused and in original packaging

  • Subject to product availability

  • Clear photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account again
